He is the Promoter of S K Bajoria Group based at Kolkata engaged in diversified business activities like manufacture of Specialised Refractories for the Steel Industry, Composite Insurance Broking, Third Party Administration for Health and Travel Insurance. He is Director of various Private and Public Companies.
In past, he has been Honorary Vice Consul of Denmark in Kolkata, President of the Indian Chamber of Commerce, Director of West Bengal Industrial Development Corporation Ltd and Industrial Promotion & Investment Corporation of Orissa Ltd. He has been decorated by Knighthood from Denmark and Italy.
Mr James L McIntosh, holder of Masters Degree in Technological Marketing, has experience of more than three decades in the Refractory industry, particularly manufacturing and marketing of high quality Isostatically pressed flow control Refractories for the Iron and Steel industry. Prior to his appointment as Managing Director of the Company with effect from 01.09.2021, he has been President of the Company’s step down subsidiary, EI Ceramics LLC based in OHIO (USA).
Mr Kamal Sarda is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a law graduate with more than 30 years of experience in the field of Finance, Accounts, Commercial & Operations. He has more than 20 years of hands on working experience in the refractory industry in as much as was Chief Operating Officer of IFGL Refractories Limited till February, 2011. He is also past Chairman of Indian Refractory Makers Association.
Mr Debal Kumar Banerji is a Senior Advocate, practicing in Hon’ble Supreme Court of India in field of Civil and Commercial Laws. He is elder son of former Attorney General of India, Late Milon Kumar Banerji. His mother Late Prof. Anita Banerji was Head of the Department of Economics, Jadavpur University.
Mr Sudhamoy Khasnobis, a Engineering (Mechanical) Graduate, is a career banker with broad and diversified experience in development banking and project finance, structured finance, investment banking and loan origination, stressed assets management and workouts. Accredited with conceptualization and implementation of ARC business model in India by framing business strategies – development of guidelines, framework and policies – familiarizing the Indian banking system to the concept of ARC business. A self-starter with strong entrepreneurial skills, who has consistently demonstrated innovative restructuring capabilities backed by sound understanding of several business verticals – led large teams of highly skilled professionals – showed a consistent track record.

Mr. D.G. Rajan is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales and the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India. He was a Partner of Lovelock & Lewes, Chartered Accountants from 1967 and retired as a Senior Partner in 1990. He was also President of the Management Consultants Association of India , Chairman of the Southern Region of the Indian Paint Association, Chairman of Direct Tax Committee of Southern India Chamber of Commerce, Member of Board of Governors of The Doon School.
He is Director of several public and private companies, including Solvay Pharma India Limited and Lotte India Corporation and member/chairman of their Board Committees.
Mr K S B Sanyal is a Masters in Arts (English), Companion of the British Institute of Management and Fellow of the Institute of Petroleum, London. He has been the National Special Advisor to UNDP in India.
He was the Sheriff of Kolkata in the year 1986 and 1987, Chairman and Managing Director of the Andrew Yule & Co Ltd, President of the Bengal Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Chairman of the committee on Environment of the ASSOCHAM. Presently he is Director of following reputed Companies and also member/chairman of some of their Board Committees apart from holding office both of Director and that of member /chairman of Board Committees of the Company.
